● Background of introduction

Until now, the company has only offered unaju (eel rice bowl) made with Japanese eels farmed overseas, but has faced rising prices.We have worked hard to allow many customers to enjoy delicious eel, but we have finally reached our limit.In response to customer requests, we have added a new dish, Unagi-ju, made with domestically farmed eel.In addition, we will continue to offer three types of unaju at the same price as before, including unaju made with eels raised in Naruse's carefully selected water and environment.
